 Ph.DPh.D. Programs The measure of excellence at a university is determined by the strengths of its academic programs, quality of its faculty, and breadth of its outreach opportunities. PhD/IB: The International Business concentration consists of at least 48 hours of course work, 15 hours in International Business, 15 hours in the selected cognate area, and 18 hours of core (research tool) courses.
